The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the Customer is charged on the basis of the price in force when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
To place an order, the Customer selects the products, adds them to the cart and confirms the order after accepting these Terms. A confirmation e-mail is sent once payment has been approved. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Customer, in mainland France and in the European Union. In France, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 31 business days depending on the model and the available carrier, after order processing within 1 to 3 business days; for other European Union countries, delivery times and costs may vary and are shown before the order is confirmed. These times are estimates. In the event of a significant delay, the Customer may cancel the order under the conditions provided by law. Shipping is free within mainland France.

As a commercial gesture, MonCabine extends this period to 60 days (see the Refund policy). The Customer notifies their withdrawal by e-mail to [email protected]. Return costs are covered by MonCabine: a prepaid return label is provided. The refund is made within 14 days (usually 3 to 5 business days) of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method. Within this 60-day period, the Customer may also choose an exchange (another size, colour or model, subject to availability) instead of a refund.
9. Warranties
The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code). The Customer can claim under these guarantees by contacting [email protected].
10. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products or from the inability to access the website. Its liability is limited to the total amount of the order, except in the case of gross negligence or personal injury.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are protected. Any reproduction without the Seller’s written permission is prohibited.
12. Personal data
The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. The Customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which can be exercised at [email protected]. Data is not passed on to third parties without consent. For more details, see the Privacy policy.
13. Disputes and mediation
